Who we are

Furer Organization is an agency of Globe Life: American Income Division. This website, furer.life (the “Site”), shares information about career opportunities with our organization and lets you apply for an interview. This includes the main site and each leader’s page (for example, furer.life/libby). In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Furer Organization, and “you” means anyone who visits or uses the Site.

By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out our application questionnaire, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your answers to the questionnaire, such as why you are interested in the opportunity.
• Your resume, if you upload one.
• The name, phone number and relationship of anyone you refer to us. Please only share someone’s information if you have their permission.

Our application questionnaire does not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth or home address. If you move forward in the hiring process, we may ask for additional information that is required for licensing and contracting at that time.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we collect basic information about your visit, such as:

• The pages you view and whether you play or finish the overview video.
• Whether you open or submit the application.
• How you found us, such as the referring website, or the campaign or link you used (for example, a link shared on Instagram or by text).
• General device information, such as whether you are on a phone or a computer.

We use this information to understand how the Site is working and which pages and campaigns help people learn about the opportunity.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage for these purposes:

• Leader page: A cookie remembers which leader’s page you visited for up to 60 days, so your application goes to the right team.
• Visit counts: Short-lived cookies (about one day) help us count visits and video views without counting the same person twice.
• How you found us: Your browser stores the source of your first and most recent visit so we can see which campaigns are working.
• Logins: Team members who sign in to our recruiting dashboard receive login cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the Site may not work as expected. The Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Review your application and decide whether to invite you to an interview.
• Contact you by phone, email or text message about your application, interviews and next steps.
• Connect you with the leader and team whose page you visited.
• Contact people you referred to us, if you shared their information.
• Operate, maintain and improve the Site.
• Comply with legal requirements and protect our rights and the rights of others.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may contact you by call or text message about your application and the opportunity. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages, or HELP for help. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of being considered for the opportunity.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it as described below:

• Our leaders and managers: Your application goes to the Furer Organization leader whose page you applied through, and to the managers who help with recruiting.
• Globe Life companies: If you move forward in the hiring process, we may share your information with Globe Life: American Income Division and its affiliated companies as needed for licensing, contracting and onboarding.
• Service providers: We use trusted companies to run the Site, such as Paperform (application forms), Streamable (videos) and our website hosting provider. They only use your information to provide their services to us.
• Legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, court order or a government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our organization or others.

Third-party services and links

Our application questionnaire is provided by Paperform, and our videos are hosted by Streamable. When you use them, those companies may collect information according to their own privacy policies. The Site may also link to other websites, such as Instagram. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these other services, so we encourage you to review their policies.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no website or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information. Please do not send sensitive information, such as your Social Security number, by email or text message.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to review your application, stay in touch about the opportunity and run our recruiting, unless the law requires or allows us to keep it longer.

Your choices

• Access or deletion: You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the email below.
• Stop contact: You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. For text messages, reply STOP.

We may keep some information when required for legal, administrative or security reasons.

Children

The Site is intended for adults who are interested in a career opportunity. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

United States only

The Site is operated in the United States and is intended for people who live in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using the Site after changes are posted, you accept the updated policy.
